Hi, I’m Kelly Rose and I run CK Training Stables at the Classic Equestrian Center in Moorpark, CA and I would love to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself and my program.

My love of horses goes back as far as I can remember. When I was 6 years old my parents wanted to get me out of the “city life” and into a more comfortable place to grow up. I was reluctant at first, but the minute they said “riding lessons” I was completely on board. Little did they know that those riding lessons would turn into a lifelong passion.

I started competing seriously at age 12 and between then and now have won 7 state Medal Finals, been a member of the NAYR(North American Young Riders) Zone 10 Team, and have also competed internationally in several Grand Prix competitions.

In all of my success’s as a competitor, my favorite part about this great sport has always been the wonderful bond that is created between the horse and its rider. My program is all about strengthening that bond. No horse and rider are the same or have the same needs. I love to work with each pair individually and create a program that works specifically for both.

So wether you are or would like to become a serious competitor, or you are a rider just looking to strengthen and improve your working relationship with your equine partner, I would love to be able to help.
